KILSBY COTTAGE is in Llanwrtyd, one and a quarter miles from Llanwrtyd Wells, the smallest town in Britain, and at the center of one of the last remaining wild areas in Britain.

Set on a hillside overlooking the Irfon Valley, the views from all the rooms are breathtaking.

The Cottage is adjacent to Kilsby Country House which is set in 2.5 acres of gardens and woodland. Much of the garden is in the process of being restored by Chris and Sue after being neglected for 50 years! While parts of it are still quite hazardous, we encourage guests to enjoy the parts that are safe. If you are interested in the restoration ask one of us to show you round the rest. You might even be able to give us some ideas.

There is plenty of room to just sit in the sunshine (or shade) and read a book or watch the birds or simply enjoy the peace and tranquility.
